Issue:
The customer reported an inability to connect to their cloud virtual machine from their office, receiving error messages indicating that the remote desktop could not find the specified computer. The problem was reproducible on multiple computers.
Error Messages
- Remote Desktop can't find the computer "rdgateway-1.wvd.microsoft.com". This might mean that "rdgateway-r1.wvd.microsoft.com" does not belong to the specified network. Verify the computer name and domain that you are trying to connect to.

Cause:
The underlying cause of the connectivity issue appears to be the FortiGate firewall.
Resolution:
