Issue:

A user is experiencing issues sending emails using Outlook Web Access.  Error message is "This message can't be saved right now.  Please try again later"

Cause:

There was an issue with the user's email signature that was affecting the ability to send emails.  Most likely an issue with the images in his signature. 

Resolution:

  1. Identify and replace any problematic elements in the user's email signature, including images, that may be causing the sending issues.
